Axis Rig provides intelligence, not advice. We are not liable for business losses, operational downtime, or data corruption resulting from software implementation based on our research.

Our audit methodologies, scoring rubrics, "Tale of the Tape" formats, and written reviews are proprietary assets of Axis Rig LLC. They are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Vendor Marks: Software names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their display is for identification and comparative purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes arising from your use of Axis Rig shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

Clause: Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to Axis Rig for any user violating these protocols, without notice or liability.

Clause: Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
